		<description>The reason why PR is manipulated so often is because this is the only real metric that Google has disclosed as being a real part of its search engine algorithm. Why Google has also disclosed that PR is not the only manner that it evaluates a website, it is the only value that has a corresponding number (N/A, 0 - 10).

If Google were to offer a numerical value for the construction of  tags,  tags, and the like, then we would see more sites offering to manipulate these essential parts of a web page. As of right now, Google may let people know that a problem has been found through it&#039;s webmaster interface, however, notice that there is no numerical value assigned to such problems.</description>
